Nature in Japan coexists with people's lives.Mountains have shaped villages over a long history. The rivers that flow from the mountains are a precious water resource for the villages. The rivers bring nutrient-rich soil and the bounty of mountain stream fish.

Our programs are mainly developed in the Suwa and Kiso regions in the southern part of Nagano Prefecture, one of the most mountainous regions in the Japanese archipelago. And we recommend Yonako area,  big falls are there, in Northern Nagano, also

Our guides, who live in this area, will use their experience to coordinate a program just for you, including hiking, mountain climbing, history, culture, and mountain stream fishing.
